Lead and Booking Statuses

Any successful Lead is transformed into Booking when it's status is changed to Booked, thus moved to the Client's booking leads. Below are the statuses of a lead/booking:

Lead

• New
  • just created
• Pitched
  • outreach sent
• Cancelled
• Declined

Booking

• Booked
  • client was confirmed by podcast
• Confirmed
  • recording date confirmed by client
• Recorded
  • podcast episode recorded
• Released
  • podcast episode released and its URL added to the base
